The first hearing will be with the Southeast Priority Board on July 9th at 6:15 pm at the Southeast Priority Board Offices at 2160 East Fifth Street.
The second hearing will be before the City Plan Board on July 15th at 4:30 pm in the Dayton City Hall's Sixth Floor Hearing Room.
I believe the content of these two hearings are the same, but the way the City of Dayton works is that the Priority Board is the neighborhood hearing. They will make a recommendation to the City Plan Board for it's meeting on July 15.
